Lunar New Year light decoration

Colour slide originally captioned "HK 89 Chinese New Year decorations". Usually, light decorations illuminate the Victoria Harbour promenade from Christmas till the end of Lunar New Year. The buildings along Tsim Sha Tsui East and in Western District are decorated with colourful light displays.
